Fund Disbursement
and Aid Delivery

Donated & Disbursed Funds, thousand $ (2/17/25)

StandWithUkraineMN team based at the Ukrainian American Community Center (UACCMN) started our humanitarian work right on the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. Our main goal is simple: to do what we can to support Ukrainian people to win this horrific war. Our main focus is medical supplies and humanitarian help.

Thanks to the generous donors and fundraising efforts we were able to raise substantial funds ($1,195,680.75) for our humanitarian projects. These funds were used to purchase the most urgently needed medical vehicles, supplies and equipment ($1,113,912.68). Here is a running list of items purchased and delivered:

In addition to purchasing much-needed supplies, our medical team connected to sources of donated high-quality medical goods in Minnesota. We established direct contacts with over 35 doctors in Ukraine and developed a rigorous sorting protocol to deliver much needed supplies to doctors who need them and could use them based on equipment they have available and techniques they know.

The reward for over 90 volunteers from all major medical systems in MN who go on weekly collections of donations and sorting are reports from doctors with pictures of a successful procedure, saved limb or life that would not be possible without supplies we send.

Challenge

We have come a long way since the beginning of this unprovoked war and literally millions of Ukrainians from all over the world got organized and became a vital and never-ending stream of support for our Motherland that is being under a brutal attack by its enemy, the country of Russia.

Approach

We have established a robust and reliable logistics network that includes over 40 volunteers in Eastern and Western Europe as well as in Ukraine. They deliver our supplies capably and securely to practically every region of Ukraine. Our priority has always been the parts of Ukraine were these lifesaving supplies are in critical demand at the moment.

Scope

In partnerships with a volunteer team “Coordinating Center” we distribute tactical medicine and personal protective equipment to over 100 medical units in the active warfare zones. Via our hubs in Odesa and Vinnytsia region we deliver surgical instruments, high-value expendables to over 35 doctors in over 15 locations in virtually all regions of Ukraine.

Thank You!

Please look at these videos and photos of gratitude sent to us from our saving medical angels and brave defenders of the freedom of Ukraine! We are the ones who should thank them for their courage and sacrifice they make on the battlefields every day.
